Standard Product Support is provided remotely by Honeywell POMS Support Centers. Standard Support includes problem support for Honeywell POMS products and publications via fax, mail, telephone (voice), and electronic access via the Internet and e-mail.

Unlimited Product Updates

  • New Product Releases
    Leverage your investment by updating your current technology. New releases provide new features and enhanced functionality at no additional charge.
  • Product Maintenance Releases
    You can also obtain periodic updates to current products. Maintenance releases, which are interim to our new product versions, give you more frequent updates.

Customer Support Answer Desk
Provides unlimited access to our Answer Desk. Technical experts are available to share experience and skills in using Honeywell POMS products and applications.

  For those customers that operate on a 24-hour/7day per week basis, Gold Product Support provides an added level of security and support. Via Gold Product Support, customers have all of the benefits of Standard Product Support plus access to Honeywell POMS Customer Support on an around the clock basis.
Customer Specific Application Support Services
  Honeywell POMS Customer Specific Application Support Service is designed to address the requirements of those customers that have expanded the existing functionality of the standard Honeywell POMS solution. Via this level of service, customers are able to submit incidents related to their site/account specific application(s).
