Honeywell Integration Services benefit a customer by providing interfaces to a customer’s unique systems. The following provides just a few examples of the Honeywell Integration Services:

  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems enable companies to efficiently manage inventory, schedule manufacturing, track costs, process orders, administer financial functions, and a host of other business operations.
  • Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) enable a company to analyze data from its “quality assurance” testing and other laboratory tests.
  • Materials Resource Planning (MRP) systems use a variety of techniques to integrate bill of material data, inventory data, and the master production schedule to calculate requirements for materials.

Honeywell has successfully integrated with MRP systems, LIMS systems, control systems, and a variety of ERP systems, including SAP, J D Edwards, BPCS, and others). Through the use of Ascential DataStage™ and POMS EAI (Enterprise Application Interface) tools, Honeywell can communicate with other systems via:

  • XML
  • MQ Series messages
  • ftp
  • flat files
  • IDocs
  • most other communication channels.
