Uniformance PHD (Plant History Database)

This feature collects, stores, and replays historical plant data, including continuous process data, material movements, events, quality data, and other types.  Uniformance PHD is the key component that collapses the traditional layers of plant information and process control into a single, unified system.  Its unique architecture blurs the distinction between traditional process historians and relational databases.

Plant Reference Model

The model stores reference and configuration data for all Uniformance systems.  It allows you to configure equipment, products, sample points, and other common information once for all applications.

Uniformance Desktop

The Desktop provides a rich set of tools to display, analyze, and report on plant data. Companion components deliver powerful analysis, visualization, and navigation tools in Microsoft Office applications.

Uniformance Real-time Interfaces

The real-time interfaces allow Uniformance and the suite of Unified Manufacturing applications to operate over nearly any control or information platform. Open standards, such as OPC, are used to integrate modern systems. Published interface protocols are used to link legacy systems.
