all core building systems in addition to integrating
information from many enterprise subsystems.
Life Safety Manager
This feature provides primary monitoring and control
of your plant’s life safety systems for early
detection and management of smoke and fire conditions
and to help ensure safe evacuation of plant personnel.
Additionally, Life Safety Manager’s integrated
response prompting and tracking capabilities make EBI
an exceptional incident management and regulatory compliance
tool.
Building Manager
The Building Manager function integrates
and controls a plant’s HVAC, lighting, hydraulics, and energy
usage. As with PlantScape, EBI’s open architecture
seamlessly integrates with open system standards. Operators
can control temperature, pressure, humidity, and lighting
in plant rooms—all from the same familiar operator
environment used for controlling the process.
Security Manager
The Security Manager controls and monitors building
access and security. This feature provides cardholder
management and centralized alarming, and it interfaces
with human resource databases from various management
information systems (MIS) and enterprise resource planning
(ERP) systems.
