Patrick Nazzaro

General Manager

Patrick is a solutions-focused software executive with more than 23 years of experience leading organizations that deliver high-quality production execution software. Prior to joining POMS, he led the software development and product management teams at MAJIQ (an industry leading MES provider to the forest industry). He has spent extensive time in manufacturing facilities around the world, collaborating directly with customers to design and develop practical applications that address real world business problems. Prior to his entry into software technology he spent 8 years on the engineering staff at Boeing. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Texas A&M University, and a Master of Science degree in Engineering from Wichita State University.

David Watts

Director of Professional Services

David Watts is a professional services leader in the software industry.  His background includes leadership roles in professional services, customer operations, and project management delivering solutions in Pharmaceutical/Biotech, Franchising and Financial Services industries. For over 20 years his success has been achieved through delivering value-based results, building strong stakeholder relationships, achieving outstanding customer satisfaction and leading engaged and motivated teams. With over 20 years of experience at POMS, he has a deep knowledge of the POMS suite of products as well as extensive experience serving customers in the Life Sciences and other regulated industries.  Leading the POMS Professional Services organization, his team is focused on helping customers achieve their business goals through POMS MES solutions implementations.  He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.

Darrell Tanner

Director of Sales and Marketing

Darrell is responsible for global sales and marketing with a primary focus on managing corporate accounts, developing new customers, and managing partner channels. Prior to joining POMS in January, 2013, Darrell spent 23 years with Honeywell in sales, business development, and project operations roles delivering automation and MES solutions to the life sciences, consumer goods, and chemical industries. He has a BSE in Chemical Engineering from Arizona State University.

Krishna Venkataraman

Director of Development Engineering

As Director of Development Engineering, Krishna is responsible for working with customers, POMS personnel, and partners to identify and deliver software solutions that drive operational and business improvements.  Krishna also provides direction and subject matter expertise in applying POMS products to customers’ business processes.  Krishna has over 17 years of experience at POMS in Solutions Consulting, Projects, and Development Engineering and has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from North Gujarat University, India.

Cheryl Young

Manager, Quality

Cheryl is responsible for POMS' global Quality initiative.  Her experience includes extensive software development and computer systems validation in Defense and FDA regulated industries.  In her previous positions, Cheryl has provided leadership to ensure Compliance to 21 CFR (Parts 11, 820, and 830) and ISO Standards (13485 and 14971), and led internal and external regulatory audits/inspections.  Cheryl has extensive GAMP5 software development and quality management experience related to Product Lifecycle Management tools targeted to the medical device industry.  She has a B.A. in Computer Science/B.S. Management from SUNY @ Buffalo.

Travis Castleman

Director of Customer Support Operations

Travis has responsibility in all aspects of the ongoing customer experience at POMS, directly managing the Customer Support teams. His professional experience is deeply rooted in customer support and customer success across telecommunications, IT management, and software industries. He previously led customer support related organizations at Blackboard and Apptix. Travis holds a BS in Decision Sciences & Managed Information Systems and an MBA, both from George Mason University.

Gina Pettersen

Director of Finance

Gina is responsible for all of POMS’ financial operations. She has over five years with Constellation and over 10 years of financial management experience including expertise in multiple financial systems. She previously worked for Getty Images and Space Labs and earned a bachelors degree in finance from Central Washington University.

Martin Allard

Director of Project Operations

Martin directs POMS' team of project managers and engineers to ensure the successful implementation of designed solutions. He has comprehensive experience in project management with exceptional technical acumen, strong customer focus, and extensive global program management experience. Previously, he managed key projects for the Port of Seattle and deployment of MES software solutions for MAJIQ Inc. Martin has a degree in Computer Science and holds Project Management Professional certification.
